Terms and Conditions

The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival.

100% of the booking will be charged no matter how many rooms if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival or No Show.

Booking fee (deducted by processing fee – 2000 ISK) will be refunded to the guest within 7 days from the cancellation.

All children are welcome.

One child under 12 years is charged EUR 20 per night when using existing beds.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.

All further older children or adults are charged EUR 42 per night for extra beds.

Most of our rooms can have 1 extra bed, availability depends on the room (to be confirmed by the guesthouse)

All reservations through our website requires online payment.
Online payments are processed by PayPal and could be done with all major credit cards or PayPal account.
There is no need to have valid PayPal account neither to create one. You can simply select option to pay without account.

For guests booking through phone or email as well as walk-in clients, we accept credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) or cash (ISK, EUR) on site.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in from 4 PM to 9 PM
Check-out till 11 AM

Breakfast is served between 8 AM and 10 AM in dining room at the entrance floor

We can offer breakfast pack for those leaving early and lunch packs for your trip – please talk to staff at the guesthouse

Common area is open till 10 PM

Please respect other guests by keeping the noise to absolute minimum after 11 PM

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors!
There is designated smoking area outside the house.

Please keep in mind that there are no cooking facilities in the guesthouse – we can recommend very good restaurants nearby.
